Today  i saw how i place a car on road with motion and after that make a evening effect step by step with the help of photoshop.I also make car front light and fog light .

In these picture firstly i use radial blur in dublicate layer and after dat make another copy of it and make saturation .in the last imake spongh

brush and aply zoom effect onit.
